Rental Procedures

Before contacting The Grand, please read all policies below regarding Labor and Box Office practices and policies. Also, recognize that the theatre is busy year-round, and weekend dates are often booked. Consider best and alternative dates before contacting the theatre.

  • Primary Contact - phone number and best time to reach you.

You will receive an email response or a follow-up phone call as soon as possible.

Once a date is secured, you will receive a contract. A deposit is required to lock in an event date.
