Reserved seating requires selecting your seats. If you have any questions, please let us know if we can help.
For General Admission, please note any special requests in the checkout section when ordering online. (i.e., aisle seat, handicap, etc.) • All internet orders are processed in the order they are received.
In-person window sales at the Box Office are processed immediately.
Seats can’t be held without payment.
At this time, Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed online. Please visit our Box Office window at 165 Main Street, Ellsworth, ME.

If The Grand CANCELS, ticket holders will have 10 business days to receive a full refund and up to 30 business days for exchanges after the event is canceled.
All programs, artists, performance dates and times are subject to change.

Child rates apply to 12 years old or younger.
Student rates apply to ages 13-17.
Senior rates apply to ages 62 years of age and older.
State Law requires all persons to have a ticket for an event.
The Grand reserves the right to refuse admission to the theater and to the grounds to any person or to require a person already admitted to leave the theater or its grounds if their conduct or presence is considered to be causing or liable to cause annoyance to the public, or to endanger or be liable to endanger the public or theater, or to be otherwise undesirable.

All outside food and beverages, including alcohol
Marijuana and drugs without a prescription
Laser pointers (will be confiscated, patron subject to ejection)
Coolers (hard-sided and soft-sided)
Audio or video recording devices
Weapons or items construed as weapons (including, but not limited to: firearms, knives exceeding 3.5 inches, sharp-edged objects, mace and pepper spray, tasers, props/toys)
The Grand holds a state Beer and Wine license, and weapons are not permitted on site, even registered and licensed.
Bullhorns or noisemakers
Balloons
Selfie Sticks
Confetti, glitter, and other items that can be thrown
Large hats or accessories that may limit the view of other patrons
Commercial signage
Animals (except service animals)
Bicycles and scooters
Patrons bringing skateboards, inline skates, hoverboards, or strollers will be asked to check them at the theatre
Remote control flying devices, drones or UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles)
Bags larger than 12” x 12” x 12”
Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements
