Box Office Policy

• You will be seated in the best available seats. If you have a preference please note any special requests in the checkout section when ordering online. (i.e. aisle seat, handicap etc.)

• All internet orders are processed in the order they are received.

• In-person window sales at the Box Office are processed in immediately.

• Phone orders are time/dated and processed in the order that they are received.

• We do not “hold” seats without payment

• At this time, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed over the internet. To use a Gift Card towards a purchase you must visit our Box Office window at 165 Main Street, Ellsworth, ME.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL

• NO REFUNDS

• NO EXCHANGES

• Unless The Grand cancels an event. If The Grand cancels – ticket holders will have 10 business days to receive a full refund and up to 30 business days for exchanges after the event is canceled.

• All programs, artists, performance dates and times are subject to change.

• Group Sales of 20 or more tickets, please contact our Box Office at 207-667-9500

• To purchase a child’s price ticket (where applicable), the child must be 12 years old or younger. Student tickets the age is 13-17.

• Senior Citizen rates apply to anyone 62 years of age and older.

• State Law requires all persons to have a ticket for an event.

• When purchasing a membership, a membership “ticket” and receipt will be mailed to you within a few days of purchase.

• The Grand reserves the right to refuse admission to the theater and to the grounds to any person, or to require a person already admitted to leave the theater or its grounds, if their conduct or presence is considered to be causing or liable to cause annoyance to the public, or to endanger or be liable to endanger the public or theater, or to be otherwise undesirable.
